Card Room Rules

Welcome to our card room. Your presence in our establishment means that you agree to abide by our rules and procedures. By taking a seat in one of our card games, you are accepting our management to be the final authority on all matters relating to that game.

It is the player's responsibility to protect his or her own hand at all times.

Check and raise is permitted.

There is a maximum of 3 raises allowed.

Table changes are permitted only with permission of management.

All games are table stakes.

The card room is not responsible for cash or chips left on the tables unless verified by management.

Must be 18 years of age.

No side bets allowed.

No credit is extended by the house.

Rake fee will be 10% of pot, not to exceed $5.00 per hand. 

In 5-card draw, joker may be used as any card not already in the player's hand. 

Floorman's decisions are final
